Happy Patients: Our patients benefit from our commitment to building long-term relationships based on trust and communication. Patients are encouraged to ask questions, become educated about their health, and take ownership of their care. When we are able to participate in shaping the dental health of an entire family and watch them grow, we know we have succeeded in creating a positive, patient-centered environment.
Happy Staff: At Dr. Kim's office, all your care is provided by a well-trained, professional staff that thrives in the friendly, relaxed office environment. We enjoy welcoming each patient to the office and are proud of our warm, caring approach to each situation. Not only do we perform some of the latest procedures in general and cosmetic dentistry, but you will find our service to be efficient and helpful, too.
Happy Doctor: A self-described "continuous learner," Dr. Kim loves the variety inherent in practicing dentistry. Her thorough, honest approach to patient care complements her passion for incorporating the best technology and most current dental research. She is happiest when she is using her excellent clinical skills to maximize a valued patient's dental health.
My story is simple…I love being a dentist! Day in and day out, I get to do what I have fun doing! It truly is a blessing to have a career where I get to build and maintain great relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds. I especially love seeing my young patients grow up, get taller than me (not hard to do), and go off to college or start working. I feel like a part of the patient’s family, and the patients are definitely a part of our family.
I grew up in Seattle and graduated from University of Washington with a degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. I received my degree in dental surgery from Creighton University before returning home to start my practice. I am an avid learner and love that dentistry is always evolving with new techniques and technologies. I am committed to excellence and continue my dental education by regularly attending advanced dental courses and participating in local study clubs.
I feel very lucky to be a dentist and look for ways to serve the community using my learned skills. Locally, I have provided dental treatment to underprivileged children in the area for many years. I also love visiting local schools to educate children on the importance of dental care. Globally, I have traveled to Kenya and India with my church’s medical mission team to provide dental care to those in need. I am dedicated to serving my local and global communities and committed to continuing that.
Outside of dentistry, I love traveling, especially to visit my adorable nieces across the country in Florida. Also, I love to hike (Rattlesnake Ridge is a favorite spot), do hot yoga, and be lazy on weekends.
Welcome, and I look forward to meeting you soon!!
