To keep your veneers in great shape for even longer, don't smoke. Also, keep in mind that some beverages, including fruit juice, red wine, coffee, and tea, can cause staining. Don't bite or chew on anything that is not food including ice, fingernails, or pencils. These may chip your veneers or cause them to come loose.
