Kirkland, WA Family and Cosmetic Dentist

Lately, I've noticed that my gums bleed when I brush my teeth. Could I have gum disease?

If you don't have gum disease, you may still experience bleeding gums if you are using a toothbrush with bristles that are too firm or if you are brushing your teeth too vigorously.
